Dr. Jeff Lancaster
Dr. Jeff is a native of Tyler. He and his wife, Cindy, have 3 children; Kelli, Ben and Jake. They also share their home with 2 dogs; Buddy and Molly. Dr. Lancaster and Cindy are members of Green Acres Baptist church and are active in Youth Ministry. When not at work, Dr. Jeff enjoys playing golf, tennis, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family.
After graduating from Robert E. Lee High school and then Tyler Junior College, he furthered his education with a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine while at Texas A&M in 1989 and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
In 1989, he founded Tyler Veterinary Center where he practices small animal medicine. Two fields that he specializes in are Dermatology and General Surgery.

Dr. Sharon Phillips
Dr. Phillips was born and raised in Fort Worth until attending Texas A&M in 1986 where she received both her undergraduate degree and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating in 1993, she moved back to Fort Worth and worked at Westcreek Animal Hospital for 4 years. In 1997, she and her husband Lee, who is a Tyler native, moved back to the Flint area. At that time, she became an associate veterinarian at Tyler Veterinary Center where she continues to practice.
Currently, she lives in Flint with her husband, Lee, and their two children ages 12 and 13 years of age. They share their home with 6 dogs: Sadie, Jack, Joe, Sunny, and Wolf & 2 cats: Claire and Oscar. Dr. Phillips also has 1 horse named Lucy. She and her family are active in their church, Dayspring Methodist Church, located here in Tyler. When not at work, she volunteers with the Therapet organization which uses dogs to help in human rehabilitation and hospital visitation. She is also very involved in the Parent Association of her children’s school. A few more of her favorite hobbies include cooking, gardening, and reading.
